Debashish runs a Consulting and Training Organisation. He trains working professionals to become consultants and move to a consulting career. He has a long and extensive experience in consulting organisations in process streamlining and automation, induction and implementation of Enterprise Class Applications like ERP and CRM. He has led and delivered over Enterprise Application Projects in over 30 engagements, carried out ERP and process audits in his corporate career spanning over 3 decades. 

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Debashish has over 30 years of Strategic Business and IT/Digital Consulting experience during which he has consulted CEO’s in diverse domains like manufacturing, automotive, chemicals and fertiliser, oil and gas, and public sector and government. He has extensive experience of working with government and public sector organisations also, where he has led business transformation, change management, and software development and implementation programs. He has carried out process audits and application audits in large private, MNC and government organisations. 

He also has manufacturing and CAD/CAM experience in heavy engineering and 2-wheeler manufacturing industry, which has positioned him as a subject matter expert in manufacturing, automotive, and public sector industry domains. 

Currently, he is engaged in advising organisations on their Business and Digital Strategies. He mentors start-ups, takes classes on Digital Transformation for MBA students, and is an active participant in IIT Alumni Activities.
