– The Telangana VFX, Animation, and Gaming Association (TVAGA) and Nebula
Cloud, Asia’s first fully managed High-Performance Computing (HPC) platform,
have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This strategic
partnership is set to transform the Animation, VFX, Comics, Gaming, and
Immersive Media (AVCGI) industry by delivering cutting-edge cloud technologies
that enhance productivity, drive innovation, and accelerate digital
transformation.
Key
Objectives of the Partnership
1. Exclusive
Access to Nebula Cloud’s HPC Platform:
TVAGA
members will receive exclusive access to Nebula Cloud’s HPC platform, designed
to meet the demanding computational needs of the AVCGI industry. This access
includes specialized workbenches for photogrammetry, multimedia, animation, and
advanced technologies such as Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) and Gaussian
Splatting. These resources will enable TVAGA members to produce high-quality,
immersive content more efficiently.
2. Establishment of a Cloud Center of
Excellence (CCoE):
A
pivotal element of the MOU is the establishment of a Cloud Center of Excellence
(CCoE) within the TVAGA community. The CCoE will function as a central hub for
training, research, and the development of cloud-native applications. It will
provide TVAGA members with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage cloud
technology effectively, fostering innovation and supporting the industry’s
digital transformation.
3. Development of Virtual Cloud Labs for
Education:
Nebula
Cloud will implement Virtual Cloud Labs tailored specifically for design and
animation institutions associated with TVAGA. These labs will offer hands-on
experience in cloud-based technologies, including 3D modeling, animation, and
visual effects software. This initiative will equip students with the skills
required to excel in the rapidly evolving AVCGI industry.
4. Collaboration on Industry-Specific
Solutions:
The
partnership will focus on developing industry-specific solutions that address
the unique challenges faced by AVCGI professionals. By working closely with
TVAGA members, Nebula Cloud aims to create customized tools and platforms that
enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency in
content creation.
5. Joint Efforts in Capacity Building and
Skill Development:
TVAGA
and Nebula Cloud will collaborate on capacity-building initiatives aimed at
upskilling industry professionals. Through workshops, training programs, and
certifications, the partnership will ensure that AVCGI professionals are
equipped with the latest knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a competitive
