Nebula Cloud Acceptable Use Policy

You must use the Services lawfully, responsibly and in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability or rights of others.

1. Illegal activity

You may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• facilitate fraud, theft or deception;
• knowingly facilitate money laundering or unlawful financial activity;
• evade sanctions or export restrictions; or
• encourage, enable or materially assist unlawful conduct.

2. Unauthorized access and security abuse

You may not:

• access systems, accounts, networks, data or devices without authorization;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, licensing or security controls;
• conduct credential theft or phishing;
• exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
• interfere with security monitoring;
• deploy malware, ransomware, destructive payloads or botnets; or
• use the Services to compromise third-party systems.

Good-faith security testing is permitted only where you have authorization from the owner of the target system and comply with applicable law.

3. Harmful interference and resource abuse

You may not use the Services to:

• disrupt or degrade Nebula Cloud or third-party services;
• conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• intentionally consume excessive resources in a manner designed to impair service availability;
• evade usage, credit, rate, concurrency or plan limits;
• create accounts or workloads primarily to bypass restrictions; or
• use automated means to abuse shared infrastructure.

4. Privacy and surveillance

You may not use the Services to:

• unlawfully collect, disclose or process personal information;
• conduct surveillance in violation of applicable law;
• track individuals without required authorization;
• obtain or expose confidential credentials or private communications; or
• publish another person's sensitive personal information without lawful authority.

5. Intellectual property and confidential information

You may not use the Services to knowingly infringe:

• copyright;
• trademarks;
• patents;
• trade secrets;
• database rights; or
• other intellectual-property or confidentiality rights.

You must have appropriate rights to content, software, datasets, models and documents you submit for processing.

6. Deceptive and abusive activity

You may not use the Services to:

• impersonate another person or organization for fraudulent purposes;
• distribute materially deceptive content for unlawful purposes;
• conduct unsolicited bulk messaging or spam;
• manipulate users through fraudulent representations; or
• misrepresent Nebula Cloud outputs as independently verified where verification has not occurred.

7. Harmful or prohibited content

You may not use the Services to create, host, transmit or distribute content where doing so is unlawful or where the primary purpose is to:

• sexually exploit or abuse children;
• facilitate human trafficking;
• incite imminent violence;
• make credible threats of violence;
• promote terrorism in violation of applicable law; or
• facilitate other serious unlawful harm.

8. Automated and high-impact decisions

Where applicable law or professional standards require human review, you must not rely on the Services as the sole decision-maker for consequential determinations concerning a person's legal rights, access to essential services, employment, credit, healthcare, public benefits or similar high-impact matters.

You remain responsible for appropriate human oversight, validation and compliance.

9. AI, Computer Use and agentic execution

When using AI agents, Computer Use, automation or connected tools, you must:

• authorize only systems and resources you have the right to access;
• configure permissions consistent with least-privilege principles;
• review consequential actions where human approval is appropriate;
• avoid directing agents to bypass security or access controls; and
• comply with third-party terms applicable to connected services.

You are responsible for actions that you intentionally authorize through connected tools or accounts.

10. Third-party services

Use of third-party models, MCP servers, software, datasets, APIs and tools through Nebula Cloud must comply with the rights and restrictions applicable to those services.

Nebula Cloud may disable an integration where continued use would create a security, legal or operational risk.

11. Regulated and safety-critical use

If you use the Services in regulated, safety-critical or mission-critical environments, you are responsible for determining whether the Service, deployment and controls are appropriate for that use.

You must implement required professional review, testing, validation, fail-safes and approvals.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Services should not be treated as a substitute for legally required professional certification or regulatory approval.

12. Enforcement

Nebula Cloud may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

Depending on severity, actions may include:

• requesting remediation;
• limiting a feature or integration;
• restricting specific workloads;
• temporarily suspending access;
• terminating access for material or repeated violations; or
• reporting unlawful activity where required by law.

For non-urgent violations, Nebula Cloud will generally seek to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

Nebula Cloud may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address:

• an active security threat;
• unlawful activity;
• imminent harm;
• material risk to customers or infrastructure;
• fraud; or
• a legal requirement.

13. Review of enforcement action

If you believe access was restricted in error, contact Nebula Cloud support with sufficient information to review the decision.

Nebula Cloud will review reasonable requests but may withhold information where disclosure would compromise security, another user's rights, an investigation or a legal obligation.

14. Changes to this AUP

Nebula Cloud may update this AUP to address changes in law, security threats, technology or the Services.

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
