This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to use of Nebula Cloud Services and is incorporated into the Nebula Cloud Terms of Use.
You must use the Services lawfully, responsibly and in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability or rights of others.
You may not use the Services to: violate applicable law or regulation; facilitate fraud, theft or deception; knowingly facilitate money laundering or unlawful financial activity; evade sanctions or export restrictions; or encourage, enable or materially assist unlawful conduct.
You may not: access systems, accounts, networks, data or devices without authorization; attempt to bypass authentication or security controls; conduct credential theft or phishing; exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with security monitoring; or deploy malware, ransomware, or destructive payloads.
When using AI agents, Computer Use, automation or connected tools, you must: authorize only systems and resources you have the right to access; configure permissions consistent with least-privilege principles; review consequential actions where human approval is appropriate; avoid directing agents to bypass security or access controls; and comply with third-party terms applicable to connected services.
You are responsible for actions that you intentionally authorize through connected tools or accounts.
