How we handle personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how GVB Geomatics Private Limited, doing business as Nebula Cloud ("Nebula Cloud", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use Nebula Cloud websites, applications, software, APIs, hosted services and related offerings.
This Policy applies to Nebula Cloud websites and cloud-operated services, including Nebula Cloud Studio, Studio Web, Studio Desktop when it communicates with Nebula Cloud services, Workbenches, APIs, support services and related online services.
Where a customer deploys Nebula Cloud technology in its own environment, private cloud, virtual private cloud, sovereign environment or on-premises infrastructure, that customer may control some or all processing performed in that environment. Separate contractual terms may apply.
We may collect account and identity information (name, email, organization, job title, phone, account identifiers); subscription and transaction information (plan, entitlements, billing status, purchase history); usage and technical information (device, browser, IP address, login events, feature usage, API activity, service logs); and customer content that you submit for processing.
Nebula Cloud Services may use artificial-intelligence models and model providers to perform tasks requested by users. Depending on the Service, deployment and configuration, Customer Content may be transmitted to a configured AI-model provider or other processing service solely to perform the requested operation.
Nebula Cloud does not use Customer Content to train Nebula Cloud general-purpose foundation models unless the customer expressly opts in or agrees to such use in a separate written agreement. Nebula Cloud does not sell Customer Content.
