These Service Terms govern paid and subscription-based Nebula Cloud Services and supplement the Nebula Cloud Terms of Use.
If you purchase through an enterprise order form, Microsoft Marketplace, Azure Marketplace or another authorized marketplace, additional commercial terms may apply.
A "Subscription" is the right to access a specified Nebula Cloud Service during a defined term under the applicable plan, marketplace purchase, order form or invoice. The applicable purchase identifies product/service, plan, subscription term, price, included usage, Studio Credits, user limits, deployment type, support level, and additional commercial conditions.
Certain Nebula Cloud Services use Studio Credits to measure included or consumed execution capacity. Studio Credits are service-consumption units; do not represent money, stored value, or securities; are non-transferable unless expressly permitted; may be subject to plan-specific reset, expiration, or usage rules; and have no cash redemption value.
The number of credits consumed by a workflow may depend on factors such as model usage, reasoning depth, multimodal processing, Computer Use, compute intensity, geospatial processing, GPU workloads or other execution characteristics.
