Problem

Engineering specifications draw on dozens of standards documents, regulations and technical references. Synthesizing these into coherent project specifications is time-intensive, error-prone, and difficult to verify for completeness and consistency.

The challenge is not merely summarizing standards, but understanding their interrelationships, resolving conflicts between jurisdictional requirements, maintaining traceability from specification clauses back to source standards, and producing professional multi-format deliverables.
